American Green Tree Frog

Look! I have a little green frog on the calla lilies in my front yard. While the callas have grown completely out of hand, I now won’t be doing anything to them until after this little guy gets a chance to finish living out his best life in this habitat.

Upon further research, this little friend is an American green tree frog (Dryophytes cinereus). A common species of New World tree frog belonging to the family Hylidae. A common backyard species, it is popular as a pet, and is the state amphibian of Georgia and Louisiana.
